5 online tools that will help you be more productive and organized

Organizing next in year in Airtable and my notebook

People keep asking me how I manage to get so much done in so little time. I confess that I am a bit of a geek, I love technology! This post will help you discover some online tools that you may never have heard of that will save you a tremendous amount of time on your daily tasks, from your website to your social networks. Plus most of them are free! Take a look:

DeepL - Simply the best language translator in the world. I use it daily to help me with my English and French texts, even though I have an advanced level in both languages. It is very likely that I have used it to write this post! What's great is that it suggests synonyms for each word and you can actually do a professional translation. I find the free version sufficient as it supports 5000 words. I use the extension in Chrome and the app.

Airtable - For me there is nothing more amazing than this system. I have a horror of Excel, for me it is the best replacement alternative. It seems a little difficult at first, but after you get used to it, it is wonderful, not to mention the automation and interface creation. It can be used for almost anything and each base (table) can be visualized in several ways. Many people prefer to use Trello, which I think is cool too, but Airtable is infinitely more complete. I've had the paid version but never got around to using everything it offers. I use it for to-do lists, budgeting, show planning, etc.

Milanote - I've known this app for a couple of years and used it without having much interest in creating a moodboard. Some time ago I started using it again and it was simply all I needed to organize myself even more. The possibilities are endless to create lists, sitemaps, briefings, plans. It has a free and a paid version.

Squarespace - My favorite CMS. I have been using it for over 10 years for creating websites and I can say that it is a complete solution. Plus you don't need to understand anything about languages like HTML or Java Script. Super easy to learn and use, and the aesthetic result is beautiful. Besides the site itself, there are several extensions such as sending e-mails and a super well done e-commerce of both physical and digital products, such as online courses for example. What I like the most is that you coordinate everything from the registration of your domain to the personalized emails in the same place. It has several payment plans (monthly or yearly) that can easily fit your budget depending on the features you use the most.

Adobe Express - Adobe's online tool that resembles Canva and recently allows you to schedule posts for social media, I haven't used this feature yet but it looks like it's cool. It makes life a lot easier because it is very easy and fast when you want to make stories or posts with a certain aesthetic care. I use it to make posts or stories that have text on the images and some animations.
